For the Kids Daycare’s works hard to find quality educators that have a passion for Childcare and are a good fit for our philosophies. Educators that understand that professional early learning programs are proven to benefit children throughout their lives.
Our program leads hold provincial certificates as Early Childhood Educators and Infant/Toddler Educators. Our supporting educators hold provincial certificates as Early Childhood Educators and/or Assistant Educators. For The Kids Daycare’s also invests in the continuing development of our assistant educators to help them to earn their certification as Early Childhood Educators, as well as developing Early Childhood Educators to earn their Infant/Toddler Certification. Our focus is to find Educators that can work as a cohesive team with similar beliefs about childcare. This allows the Educators to focus on the children, and provide quality programs that encourage the children in our care to grow in a healthy and adventurous way!
